How to Claim: To claim a warranty issue, fill out the Return / Warranty Claim Form on our website or get in touch with our customer service team.
Distributor & Vendor Processing: Defective or faulty products under warranty are sent to the authorized distributor/vendor for repair, refund, or replacement in accordance with official manufacturer policies.
Turnaround Time: Equipment replacement or repair is completed once the official service agent confirms the warranty defect. The warranty process typically takes up to 20 working days to conclude.
Eligibility Criteria: Warranty eligibility is applicable solely to products with warranty information mentioned on the product page. Products sold without warranty information are not covered.

Return Window
If a product received does not match the description on our website, you have 7 working days from the delivery date to claim an exchange or cancellation. To qualify, products must be undamaged, unopened, in original retail condition with all packaging materials and accessories intact.
